| 摘 要： | 介绍了中间包气幕挡墙的工作机理,分析了气幕挡墙对中间包内钢水流场和夹杂物的影响,气幕挡墙的位置和吹气量等对其冶金效果会产生显著的影响,认为设计合理的气幕挡墙可以改善中间包内钢水的流场,延长钢水停留时间利于夹杂物的上浮。另外,通过微气泡的吸附作用50μm以下的夹杂物去除概率明显增加。
