摘    要:为克服传统变压器绝缘故障诊断的局限性,以得到准确全面的诊断结果,将可视化技术与模糊数学相结合,用于变压器故障诊断专家系统。该系统采用VB(Visual Basic)程序设计语言和TeeChart图表图形控件工具来实现变压器故障诊断的二维/三维可视化输出,并利用模糊数学方法构造编码隶属度函数来刻画边界点的模糊区间。实例分析结果表明,用该法有效解决了单一变压器故障诊断法的误诊断或诊断结果不全面等问题,更准确全面地反映变压器故障信息,具有实际意义。

Abstract:In order to make DGA technology play a more important role in transformer fault diagnosis,to improve the veracity of the IEC three-ratio method,and to obtain the accurate and overall diagnosis result,a visual technology is integrated with fuzzy diagnosis technology to establish a visual fuzzy diagnosis system for power transformer insulation fault,which is based on IEC three-ratio method.The expert system adopts Visual Basic 6.0 and TeeChart Pro v5 ActiveX Control to realize visualization exporting.According to the DGA test data of transformer,the system can display the operating state of transformer in the fault position and the fault type of the transformer directly.The expert system utilizes the fuzzy mathematics method to construct the code grade of membership function to portray the fuzzy region of the border point.By introducing fuzzy diagnosis technology,fuzzy transaction is done to IEC three-ratio method,which can describe the coding characteristic of the DGA test data of the oil-immersed transformer more accurately.Instance results show that by integrating the visual technology with the fuzzy diagnosis technology,it avoids some inevitable problems such as false diagnosis and flawed diagnosis encountered in the past with mono-method.Results indicate that integrating fuzzy diagnosis technology with 2D/3D visualization procession to diagnose synthetically reflects fault information in an exact and comprehensive way when being applied in the expert system.
