| 摘 要： | 通过对芝加哥城市规划体系与管理体制的梳理,从规划的客观性、规划的及时修正机制、规划的公众基础以及规划师和规划专业协会为城市服务的中立立场几个方面剖析其内在机制,在于重视经济、效益原则的企业化城市机制、有干预的市场调控机制和让民众来做规划的公众参与机制。其企业化的模式与机制值得研究和借鉴。
