摘    要:介绍了水钢开发HRB500Ⅳ级热轧带肋钢筋的试制方案设计及实施过程。通过V-Fe、V-N及Nb-Fe(含Nb-V复合)三种合金试制工艺对比,根据产品的最终性能、产品的微观组织形态、合金元素的强化机理及结合现有工艺状况,确定公司HRB500Ⅳ级钢筋生产方案,达到批量生产HRB500Ⅳ钢筋的能力。

Abstract:Introduce the manufacturing plan and implementation process of HRB500 IV hot rolled reinforced bar.Through V-Fe,V-N and Nb-Fe(contain Nb-V compound) three kinds of alloy trial manufacturing craft contrast,according to the product final performance,microscopic organization,alloying element strengthened mechanism and existing processes,define the production plan of HRB500 IV hot rolled reinforced bar,achieve the volume production ability.
