| 摘 要： | 提出了纸张表面纸病检测与分割的二阶段新方法.通过对纸张微观结构中纤维分布的分析,由统计学分析原理建立了纸病图像的二阈值分割法,利用质量控制图结合具体纸样进行了纸病特征的提取,利用数学形态学操作对二值图像进行了滤波和分割检测.结果表明:二阶段分割阈值检测方法对纸病图像的分析十分简单、有效.

A two-stage method for defect detection and segmentation |

| Abstract: | A new two-stage method for detection and segmentation on paper surface defects is proposed. Through fabric distribution analysis inthe microstructure, a two-threshold method has been established by statistic principle. The defect features of different types of samples havebeen extracted through the analysis of quality control diagram. Also presented is the arithmetic morphology for image segmentation and noiseremoval. The results have proved the simplicity and validity of this new two-stage method. |
