UG软件在逆向工程复杂曲面造型中的应用

摘    要:针对三元叶轮叶片曲面的复杂性,采用具有复杂曲面造型功能的UG软件,运用UG软件中建模模块,采用B样条曲线及NURSB曲面综合运用进行三元叶轮建模,与传统的叶轮设计方法相比,该方法保证了叶轮实体造型的高精度性,并避免了实体在制造中所造成的误差或由于铸造引起的赘余,缩短了研发周期。

The Application of UG Software in Modeling of Complicated Surface Products in Reverse Engineering

Abstract:For the high complicated surface of 3-D integral impeller,the UG NX which has strong surface modeling function is used,in the modeling module,resorting to the comprehensive utilize of curves and surfaces in the form of BSC and BBC to get the model of 3-D integral impeller.Comparing with the classic method of impeller designing,this method make sure that we can get a high precision model and also avoid the error of impeller in manufacture or surplus in casting,all the procession of this shortened the design period of products seriously and reduced production costs of centrifugal compressor.
