| 摘 要： | 如何在学生自主学习模式下构建成人教育的师资队伍是当前成人高等教育的重要课题。本文探讨了在自主学习模式下建设成人教育师资队伍的必要性,认为成人高等教育教师应当适应自主学习模式对自己提出的新要求,提高教学能力、改变教学方法、更新教学内容、改变考核方式。同时,高校应为教师适应自主学习模式搭建导学助学平台、能力提升平台、水平发挥平台和教学研究平台。
