摘    要:介绍了一种新型半桥谐振DC—DC变换器,它是由串联谐振逆变器电路构成的零电流软件开关变换器。文中描绘了其在稳态时的工作原理,并对带有电压箝位二极管环路的半桥零电流谐振DC—DC变换器电路的性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:该变换器结构简单,成本低,效率高,容易实现软开关,且产生的开关损耗很小。

Abstract:The soft switch converter been made of normal through circuit of a new half-bridge resonance DC-DC converter was introduced in this paper, and the principle of work also was described, and the performance of the DC-DC converter of half-bridge null-current resonance with voltage clamp diode was evaluated. At last, the experimental results proves the feature of fewer components, improved efficiency and little abrasion of switch.
