基于Citect的分布式监控系统在打叶复烤线上的应用

摘    要:根据打叶复烤生产线特点及控制要求,采用PC+ Ethernet+ PLC+FCS构建SCADA系统,并利用Citect组态软件开发了计算机监控程序,实现复烤生产线的多点分布式实时监控,本文详细阐述了系统的组成,软硬件配置,数据通信方式,监控组态软件的设计和管理功能的实现,该系统已于2003年8月投入运行,实践证明有效,可靠,使用灵活,提高了烟叶生产的自动化水平,产生了良好经济效益。

Abstract:In accordance with the features and control requirements of Threshing Re-dry product line.The SCADA system is established by the architecture of PC+ Ethernet+ PLC +Interbus and the computer supervisory control program is designed by Citect, then the real-time multi-distributed supervisory control system is realized by the whole system. System composition, configuration of hardware and software, communication scheme, design of configuration software and the realization of production management function are expounded. The system practical operation on product line since August 2003 showed that the system is effective, reliable, offers more flexibility and improves the automation degree of tobacco leaf production. The obvious economic effective is gained.
