高压强脉冲电源的设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种强脉冲发生器电源的设计方案,应用此方案设计了高压电源、IGBT控制充电、可控硅控制放电,可以自动运行的脉冲磁场发生设备。最大直流电压达到3kV且连续可调,放电脉冲电流高达10000A。该设备由一片AT89C52单片机控制,可实现与计算机的连接。

Abstract:This paper proposes a design of strong-pulse generator power supply. According to the proposal, we made a pulse magnetic field generator, which can run automatically, driven by a high-voltage power supply with IGBT to control discharging and SCR to control charging. The power supply can provide maximum 3kV DC voltage and its pulse current can reach 10000A during discharging. The equipment is controlled by an AT89C52 microcontroller and can communicate with computer.
