| 摘 要： | 核电厂应急监测是一种要求有快速的事故响应能力的动态实时监测,与一般的环境监测是不同的。现有的法规和标准对应急监测给出了一些规定,但是在具体操作中还有一些问题。针对核电厂应急监测的分类、布点、项目、实施和管理人员、能力保持等方面的问题进行了探讨,并提出了应急监测开展的思路。

| Abstract: | Emergency monitoring at nuclear power plant is a kind of dynamic and real-time monitoring. The emergency monitoring differs from other typies of monitoring,requiring the capability of rapid accident response.The current statutes and standards of emergency monitoring have some problems in practical operation.The article discusses the classification,personnel,monitoring items and activation of emergency monitoring,and addresses the measures of activating the emergency monitoring. |
