钢丝绳罐道张紧装置张力控制的研究

摘    要:罐道是矿井提升设备用于导向的辅助设备,罐道分为刚性罐道和钢丝绳罐道。钢丝绳罐道在安全、成本、建设周期、运行维护方面有着众多刚性罐道无法比拟的优势。设计的钢丝绳罐道张紧装置将普通张紧装置的张紧机构改为滑轮张紧机构,使用液压缸作为动力元件,该张紧装置方便、高效,具有很高的可靠性、经济性和实用性。

Abstract:Guide,the accessory equipment used as guidance for hoisting machine of mine,falls into two types: rigid guide and steel rope guide.Whereas,the latter exceeds drastically the former in the fields of safety,cost,construction period and operational maintenance.This attempts to replace the traditional tensioning machine with pulley one,and to employ hydraulic cylinder as its power executive component.All in all,the tensioning device of steel rope guide in this design is of convenience,security,practicality,and ...
