| 摘 要： | 轮胎生产调度系统是轮胎行业MES软件系统的核心模块之一,本文针对轮胎制造业中ERP层和PCS层之间的信息脱节现象,提出了轮胎生产中的MES系统设计原则和架构,研发了轮胎生产中基于MES的成型和硫化生产调度系统。着重介绍了MES系统的架构和功能,系统的设计方案,以及成型阶段和硫化阶段的软件流程及数据库结构,特别介绍了它在实际中的应用。本系统在国内某大型轮胎厂试运行后,其日均产量由3月初的10 136.4条增加到5月初的10 801.2条,日均总脱节时间由570.98h减少到271.67 h,减少了有效的提高了产量,减少轮胎生产过程中的脱节时间。该系统纵向上协调了ERP、PCS信息交互,起到枢纽和桥梁的作用。横向上预留了上游工序的接口,具有可扩展性,使用方便,帮助用户显著提高了生产优化调度水平,达到了预期设计目标。
