机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层的性能

摘    要:利用体视显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察分析了机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层的表面形貌和断口结构,对其孔隙率、结合强度、耐腐蚀性等性能进行检测,并分析添加铝对镀层性能的影响。结果表明:机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层是一种综合性能优良的防护镀层,比机械镀锌层外观更为均匀光滑,无贯穿性孔隙,抗冲击破坏能力和耐腐蚀性均优于机械镀锌层。

Abstract:Surface morphology and structure of fracture surface of mechanical Zn-Al plating were studied using stereomicroscopy,metalloscopy and scanning electronic microscopy.The porosity,bonding strength and corrosion resistance were detected and the influence of adding Al on its cladding performance was analyzed.Mechanical Zn-Al plating was a kind of protection film with fine integral performance,smoother than mechanical galvanizing layer, without porosity,with high impact resistance and it's corrosion resistance was better than that of galvanizing layer.
