摘    要:本文介绍了干式(机械)真空泵系统在重钢210 t RH的应用,重点阐述了干式真空泵的设备运行情况及冶金效果实绩。生产实践表明:干式真空系统应用于RH,其冶金效果可达到或优于多级蒸汽喷射泵真空系统相同的工艺指标,脱H]率达63.5%、极限脱碳能力10×10-6、能源介质消耗较多级蒸汽喷射泵真空系统低7.74元/t钢,干式(机械泵)真空泵以电能为驱动能源,其运行不受蒸汽压力、温度的制约,可根据生产实际情况随时起停泵,生产组织灵活。

Abstract:The paper introduces the application of the dry vacuum pump system of 210t RH in Chongsteel, and mainly elaborates the running status of the dry vacuum pump and the metallurgical effects. The results obtained in operational practice show that: Based on the same technical index, the metallurgical effects of the dry-type vacuum system used in RH process could reach or exceed the metallurgical effects of the ejectors pump vacuum system. By using the dry-type vacuum system, 63.5 % of dehydrogenation rate, 10 X 10 6 of the limited decarburization ability could be reached and the consumption of energy medium could be lower 7.74 yuan per ton steel than the consumption of energy medium by using the ejectors pump vacuum system. The advantages of the dry-type vacuum system are that: the dry vacuum pump is driven by electricity energy, and its operation isn't limited by the external factors, according to the actual production conditions, it could be stop during production process, so it is flexible.
