奥氏体不锈钢管磁法检测研究

摘    要:针对奥氏体不锈钢管在出厂前可能存在的横、纵裂纹对在役过程中的安全使用存在的巨大威胁,提出了一种基于地磁场环境下的磁法检测技术。通过对试验样管的内外壁制作人工刻槽,并且根据钢管的特殊形态,建立合适、稳定的阵列式检测装置的方式进行试验研究。通过对磁传感器采集到的磁场强度进行差分处理分析,并实现了二维成像。试验结果表明,磁法检测对该不锈钢管的外表面刻槽具有很好的检测效果,对该壁厚样管的内部刻槽也能很好地检出。同时,该成像方法能够直观地表示出缺陷的具体位置,为缺陷的判定带来便捷。

The study of magnetic testing for austenitic stainless steel pipe

Abstract:This paper, focusing on the the transverse, longitudinal crack of austenitic stainless steel pipe may exist in the factory are a great threat for in-service safety use, proposes a nondestructive magnetic testing technique based on magnetic field environment. Through prepared artificial groove in the inside and outside wall of the test tube sample , and according to the special shape steel, appropriate and stable array detection apparatus have been established to carried out the study, through differential analysis of the magnetic field intensity which are collected by the sensor, and achieve the two-dimensional imaging. Experimental results indicate that, The magnetic testing has a very good detection effect on the stainless steel tube surface groove , and is well on the internal groove of this wall thickness tube. At the same time, the imaging method can directly show the specific location of these defect, and this bring convenience for the defect judgement.
