轮胎粉碎爆破近爆区压力测试方法研究

摘    要:测量近爆区压力对于正确认识废弃轮胎粉碎爆破的机理及确定相应的爆炸工艺参数具有关键作用。针对现有压电传感器不能测定近爆区爆轰压力的现状 ,研制了用于测试近爆区爆轰产物压力的机械传感器 ,并对其进行了静压标定、落锤标定和爆炸载荷试验。试验结果表明 ,机械传感器是测量近爆区压力的有效手段。

Abstract:Measuring the pressure of the zone near explosive(POZNE)is the key to understand the mechanism of fragmentation of waste tyres by explosive and to determine the working parameters.Because the existed piezoelectric sensor is unsuitable for measurement of the POZNE,a mechanical sensor is developed and calibrated under static,impact and explosive loads.The testing results show that the mechanical sensor is an effective means to measure the POZNE.
