摘    要:在现代化生产中,永磁齿轮传动是一种新型传动方式.通过将永磁齿轮和传统齿轮的对比,得到了永磁齿轮传动的优点,并总结说明了永磁齿轮与传统齿轮的差别.通过对永磁齿轮传动原理的研究,分析了传动性能的影响因素.建立了永磁齿轮的物理模型和数学模型,引入了永磁齿轮传动的数值计算方法.最后采用有限元分析对永磁齿轮传动进行了模拟和计算,...

Abstract:the modern production,the permanent magnetic gear transmission is a new kind of driving way.Comparing the permanent gear with the traditional gear,I get advantages of the permanent gear.This paper briefly describes the difference of magnetic gear with the traditional gear.Through the research of permanent magnetic gear transmission principle,I analyze factors of transmission performance.I establish its physical and mathematical models.Finally,I simulate and calculate the magnetic gear transmission with the finite element analysis.Compared with the numerical data,I verify the finite element analysis is correct.Alsowhile,I analyze the various parameters,such as pole,air gap,the relative rotation,which impact on performance of the permanent magnet gear
