摘    要:针对产品开发项目风险评估过程中的评估指标繁杂、信息模糊性和不确定性等问题,通过对产品开发项目风险的影响因素分析,构建了一种更为科学全面的风险评估指标体系,并利用粗糙集理论对该评估指标体系进行简化,除去部分对产品开发影响程度相对较低的风险评估指标,保留影响程度相对较高的风险评估指标.在此基础上,为克服评估过程中由于信息模...

Abstract:Aiming at evaluation index multifarious,information fuzziness and uncertainty of risk evaluation in product development,the new risk evaluation’s indexes system is established.In addition,rough sets and triangular fuzzy number multi-attribute decision making method is utilized to evaluate product development project risk.Through these two methods can realize evaluation index of simplified and qualitative evaluation of quantification,finally to improve product development project risk assessment of accuracy.In the end,a scenario presents rationality and maneuverability of this method
