有机硅中间体生产废水处理工程实例

摘    要:针对有机硅中间体生产废水中含油分,兼具高盐分、高COD、高NH3-N、可生化性低的特点,工程设计采用"2级气浮+三效蒸发+上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)+A/O+曝气生物滤池(BAF)"联合工艺处理。调试运行结果表明,废水经该工艺处理后,出水水质达GB 8978-1996表4中一级标准,其中COD、NH3-N、SS和石油类的去除率分别达99.8%、99.7%、98.6%和99.9%,处理成本约为49.64元/t。该联合工艺具有处理效果好、出水水质稳定的特点,可供同类废水处理参考、借鉴。

Abstract:Aimed at the silicone intermediate production wastewater contained oil,and had the characteristics of high salinity,high COD,high NH3-N,and low biodegradability,the engineering design used the "two-stage air floatation+ three-effect evaporation+ upflow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB)+A/O+ biological aerated filter(BAF)" combined process to treat it.The results of commissioning and operation showed that,after the wastewater was treated by the process,the effluent quality met the first-level standard in Table 4 of GB 8978-1996.And the removal rates of COD,NH3-N,SS and Petro were 99.8%,99.7%,98.6% and 99.9%,respectively,and the treatment cost was about 49.64 yuan/t.The combined process has the characteristics of good treatment effect and stable effluent quality,and it can be used as reference for reference to similar wastewater treatment.
