摘    要:用压下法测定了混有不同量未燃煤粉的高炉渣的流动性.结果表明:活塞压下量的变化规律与炉渣粘度相关.压下量随温度升高而升高,随混入渣中未燃煤粉量的增加而降低.压下量增加,流动性变好.活塞压下量的变化可以定性判断混有不同量未燃煤粉高炉渣的流动性。

Abstract:Fluidity of blast furnace slags mixed with different amounts of unburnt pulverized coal has been measured by using down pressing of sample plugs. The results show that the change ofpress down scale reading is similar to that of viscosity of the slags.The extent of down pressing increases with temperature and decreases with the amounts of unburnt pulverized coal in the slags. The change of pressing down extent of the slag samples can be used to determine qualitatively the fluidity of the slags.
