摘    要:介绍以废紫铜为原料,在催化剂作用下,铜直接同盐酸,空气中氧发生反应制备氯化亚铜的新工艺,试验确定了最佳反应条件,产品质量达到了GB1619-79的标准要求,该工艺具有原料消耗少,反应速度快,流程短,操作简单,生成成本低等特点。

Abstract:A new technology for the manufacturing of cuprous chloride is introduced.In this technology the waste copper directly reacts with hydrochloric acid and air in the present of a catalyst to form cuprous chloride.The optimum experimental conditions are found.The quality of product can reach the National Standard GB1619-79.The characteritics of this technology are the consumption of raw materials is low and the reaction rate is fast,the technological process is short and the operation is simple,the cost of producing is low.
