基于高炉专家系统的多变量炉温智能控制系统

摘    要:
利用高炉过程计算机的数据处理及推理判断来判断高炉炉温变化的趋势,通过对现场实际生产数据的分析,研究在高炉炉温控制方面如何利用一次生产数据.运用多变量处理技术提取较有价值的中间工艺参数来判断炉况发展的方向,避免炉况失常,保证高炉长期稳定运行。经过实际生产数据测试表明,系统运行稳定,能较准确地判断炉温变化的趋势。

Abstract:
By use of data processing and judgment with the process computer on blast furnace to predict the furnace temperature and analysis of data on site, a method was developed which is able to use multivariable processing technique to select valuable intermediate parameters for furnace temperature prediction based on obtained production data. In this way, the normal operation of blast furnace can be guaranteed for long term stable operation. The practice has proved that this system is stable and the furnace temperature can be forecast quite accurately.
