摘    要:通过对辽宁排山楼金矿所提供矿石类型和性质的分析,结合长春黄金研究所对该矿提供的矿石进行的单一浮选、磨选、全泥氰化-锌粉置换和全泥氰化-炭浆提金及浮选-精矿氰化等流程的实验研究,最终确定全泥氰化-炭浆提金的选矿工艺为最佳的设计方案。对于提金工艺,锌粉置换和炭浆提金方案工艺指标相同,在技术上均成熟可行,但炭浆提金工艺基建投资和年经营费均低于锌粉置换工艺,故本设计采用了炭浆提金工艺。采用活性炭吸附金,取代传统的用洗涤进行固液分离,流程简单,效果好。设计的选矿工艺指标为:金的浸出率80%,吸附率99%,解析电解率99%,氰化回收率78.41%,尾矿品位0.18%。
