| 摘 要： | 阐述了子午线轮胎B型双模定型硫化机（以下简称硫化机）与活络模的结构、合模工作原理及硫化机合模力传统调整方式存在的问题。通过对合模状况下的受力分析，计算出同一规格硫化机不同规格模具所需合模力的差值，重点探讨硫化机合模力调整的改进方法。

| Abstract: | This paper described the problems of the B type dual mode curing press for radial tyre , segmented structure, clamping working principle and traditional closing force adjustment. Through the stress analysis under the condition of closing calculated D-value between the required closing force of different specification molds in the same sized curing press, and mainly discussed the improvement of the closing force adjustment method. |
