白炭黑/炭黑共混比对溶聚丁苯橡胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了白炭黑/炭黑共混比对部分端基硅偶联和非偶联环保型SSBR的物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,填料总量不变时,随着白炭黑用量的增加,橡胶与填料间的相互作用增强,部分端基硅偶联橡胶与填料的相互作用更强;体系中白炭黑含量增加,硫化胶的抗湿滑性、耐磨性提高,滚动阻力下降;可根据实际使用要求选择合适的白炭黑/炭黑并用比。

Abstract:The influence of different blending ratio of silica/carbon black on the mechanical proper- ties and dynamic performance of the partial end group silane coupling SSBR and without coupling SS- BR was studied. The results showed that the interaction between rubber and filler was strengthened and the interaction was stronger between the partial end group silane coupling rubber and filler as the addition level of silica increased while the total filler amount was kept constant; The blend system had excellent wet skid resistance and wear resistance and lower rolling resistance with silica increased. Therefore, the appropriate blending ratio of silica/carbon black could be chosen according to the actual requirement.
