摘 要: | ![]() 构建了由比例阀控缸实施加载的舵机气动伺服加载系统实验装置,研究其特性及控制策略。采用了机理建模的方法建立了系统的数学模型,在建立的数学模型基础上,设计了加前馈加分段PID控制器。运用Matlab的实时工具箱,测定了0.5Hz,1Hz,2Hz,5Hz三角波奈件下的特性。实验结果袁明气动负载模拟器在低频段有较好的力跟随特性。

Abstract: | ![]() A pneumatic load simulator,constructed with a cylinder controlled by proportional valve,is established in this paper,and its characteristics and control strategy are studied.Grounded on that model,a piecewise PID controller with feed forward is designed and simulated by Matlab.Using real time toolbox of Maltab,experiments of 0.5Hz,lHz,2Hz and 5Hz triangle wave stimulation are carried out.The final results show that the performance of pneumatic load-simulator is satisfying. |
