《基于阶次跟踪的变速箱噪声源识别》

摘    要:随着汽车工业的不断发展,噪声控制已成为各汽车生产商竞争的焦点。变速箱作为汽车的重要组成部分,对其噪声控制也越来越重要。利用日本Onosokki公司的DS2000数据采集系统对某变速箱分别在定转速和加速时测得声压信号,并对其进行功率谱分析和阶次跟踪分析,找出变速箱噪声的特征频率及噪声源。该方法对变速箱的噪声源有一定的识别能力,具有很广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Since the automobile industry has been developing continuously, noise control has already become a competitive focus in automobile companies. Gearbox is a key part of car, so noise control of gearbox is becoming more important. In this paper, DS2000 data collecting system of Onosokki Co. is used to collect a gearbox’s sound pressure signal. By making power spectrum analysis and order tracking analysis, the gearbox’s eigenfrequency and noise source could be found. This way is able to identify gearbox’s noise source, and has great wide application foreground.
