预应力片簧式结构开关的动力学仿真

运用Nastran有限元仿真软件对预应力片簧式结构开关进行了动力学仿真研究,在有限元模型的正确性得到验证的基础上,进行了预应力下片簧的模态分析、随机振动分析及瞬态响应分析,将仿真结果与试验数据进行了对比,验证了有限元分析结果的合理性和准确性；通过动力学仿真研究为触发引信的结构优化、安装结构选择、夹具设计、瞬发度性能评估等提供了参考依据.

Dynamic Simulation Research of Prestressed Blade Spring Based Switch

Dynamic simulation research of prestressed blade spring was done by finite element simulation software Nastran. On the basis of the correctness of the finite element model was verified, and the pres- tressed modal analysis, random vibration analysis and transient response analysis were made. The rationali- ty and accuracy of the finite element analysis result was verified by comparing the simulation results with experimental data, which also provides reference for structure optimization of trigger fuze, structure selec- tion, fixture design installation, prompt degree performance evaluation.
