| 摘 要： | 运用正交试验法,确定制备聚氨酯粉末涂料的挤出机工艺参数,进行了树脂/固化剂摩尔比、固化催化剂含量、固化时间和温度等条件对涂膜性能的影响的研究,从而得到较为理想的条件。

| Abstract: | PU powder coating is a new kind of advanced powder coating.In this paper the manufacturing factors of squeezer are investigated by orthogonal experiment method.Effects of factors such as the mole ratio of resin to cruing agent,the quantity of catalyst,the time and temperature of curing on the coating film properties are studied.The optimal conditions of these factors are found out |
