| 摘 要： | 能源问题关系到县域经济社会的发展和生态环境的改善。对云南省昌宁县农村能源形势进行了分析：＂能源消费量大于能源生产量,供需矛盾日益突出;农村能源消费以地方工业为主,农村水电在能源总体中占有重要地位,电力电量需求增长迅速;生活用能以薪柴为主,结构不合理＂。并基于境内除农村水能资源以外的其它能源资源有限的实际,阐明了农村水电是解决昌宁县能源问题的有效途径的观点,并提出了加快农村水电发展的对策。
