虎杖中白藜芦醇苷水提取工艺的优化设计

摘    要:考察了虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的水提取工艺条件。采用正交试验设计法,优选虎杖水提取工艺,采用薄层色谱-紫外分光光度法测定白藜芦醇苷含量。最佳水提条件为:10倍量水,加热回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。实验结果表明,该实验确定的最佳提取条件简便经济,稳定性好。

Abstract:In this work,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the water extraction conditions of polydatin in polygonum cuspidatum.The content of polydatin was monitored by the method of TLC-UV.The optimum conditions were to extract twice with the water of 10 times(mass) for 1.5 h.The results revealed that this method depicted by this work was easy,economic and stable.
