| 摘 要： | 本文论述了用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2光催化膜的工艺过程；研究了热处理过程中TiO2膜结构转化过程；探讨了影响成膜过程的各种因素及工艺参数。结果表明：适当选择涂液成分、热处理温度，可在普通玻璃基片上制备出性能优良的膜层，其透过率高耐磨并且具有明显的光催化性能。

| Abstract: | The preparing process of photocatalytic TiO 2 film by Sol-Gel method is discussed.The conversion process of TiO 2's structure during the course of heat treatment is investigated.Various factors and technological parameter influencing the process are studied.The high quality film can be obtained on soda lime silicate glass substrate given the proper masking liquid and temperature of heat treatment. |
