| 摘 要： | 对某井完井管柱常闭阀穿孔原因进行了调查研究和失效分析,认为常闭阀穿孔属于冲刷腐蚀失效,常闭阀冲刷腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是其结构不合理所致,也与完井管柱里的腐蚀介质有关。为有效地防止常闭阀发生失效事故,建议改进常闭阀结构,制定常闭阀技术标准,并采取措施贯彻落实技术标准。 |

| Abstract: | The causes of normally closed valve perforation in tubing string were studied and analyzed in QL Well 1. It was considered that the normally closed valve perforation was erosion failure because its configuration was not irrationality and there were corrosion mediums in tubing string. In order to prevent the failure of normally closed valve, it was suggested that the configuration should be improved, the technical standard should be established, and some measure should be taken to carry out the technical standard. |
