| 摘 要： | 构建战区装备军民一体化保障体系,是我军向信息化条件下保障模式转变的一个方向性问题,是装备保障适应世界军事变革不可逆转的趋势和潮流;必须搞好顶层设计和整体规划,充分发挥军用和民用资源、技术保障力量的整体优势,达到军民结合、统筹协调、平战结合,注重效益的军民融合式发展的目的,为战区装备军民一体化保障体系的组织结构、法规制度、保障模式、人才建设等方面莫定必要的基础。

| Abstract: | Building the security system of theater equipped civil-military integration is a directional prob-lem of transforming protection mode under the conditions of informatization,and the irreversible trend and fashion of conformation world military reform for equipment support.Top-level design and overall planning must be improved,the advantage of military and civilian resources,technical security forces should be full played for the co-ordination of military and civilian,peacetime and wartime,focusing on efficiency purpose of the development of military and civilian integration.The necessary infrastructure is established by the organizational structure,rules and regulations protect mode,personnel development of the security system of theater equipped civil-military integration. |
