摘    要:基于三关节坐标测量机样机模型分析了测量机空间测量范围,对于形成空腔的原因进行讨论,并通过分析计算得出理想的测量机构参数关系.在目前可测空间中,由于模型参数随机波动造成测头位置误差会随着位姿不同而变化,本文设计了求取随机误差随位姿变化分布的算法,并且根据实验情况设定参数波动值讨论实际误差分布状况,其中参数波动又分为单参数...

Abstract:Based on the model of a three-joint articulated coordinate measuring machine(3J-ACMM),algorithms were developed to determine its measuring space and distribution of random error.In the analysis of measuring space,relations were established for the unreachable space(dead zone)of measurement with the rod length and offset.Comparison is presented for distribution of random error with different parameter settings.
