Abstract:In order to improve the grinding accuracy and efficiency of large precision ball screw,the technology of on-line detection and error compensation was applied to screw grinding process.The structure of the system and the working principle of the main module was introduced,while the method of on-line comprehensive dynamic measurement and fuzzy PID compensation was proposed.The ball screw detection compensation software based on VC + + was developed.The application and simulation of pitch error analysis and compensation of type 60×06×420-P03R(nominal diameter mm × nominal palpitation mm × thread lengths mm-types·standard tolerance grade·direction of rotation) was conducted.The results show that the system runs smoothly,the precision analysis is fast and reliable,each precision value increases greatly after compensation and the system has good practical value.
