摘    要:对拜耳法氧化铝生产过程中,进入系统的能源品种、数量,以及各工序蒸汽消耗量的分布进行了归纳和分析。并对提高循环效率、冷凝水合理利用、降低蒸汽消耗量、蒸发水冷器下水的合理利用以及降低溶出系统蒸汽消耗量等具体的节能措施进行了讨论。

Abstract:The energy sources distribution pass in Bayer process and live steam consumption in different units was concluded and analyzed in this paper.Also some concretely methods about energy saving were discussed,such as,enhanced specific output rate,utilizd condensate water efficiently,decrease live steam consumption,utilizd circulating backwater efficiently,and reduce live steam consumption in digestion unit.
