摘    要:墙体出现裂缝是非常普遍的质量通病。其产生的原因多种多样,有的裂缝只是观感不好但不影响使用,没有安全隐患;有些裂缝则必须进行处理,否则会引起事故。本文章通过一起因温差引起的顶层承重墙裂缝的实例,进行计算分析。供设计或施工单位遇到这种砖混结构房屋时采取必要的措施,预防这类裂缝的产生。

Abstract:Wall cracking is one of the common quality faults in housing project but the causes differ. Some cracking that brings no potential safety hazard to the wall affects its appearance but not its quality and still some must be improved before accident happens. Against cracking caused by temperature difference in the top bearing wall of a brick-masonry structure,it puts forward some preventive measures after analytical calculation to the design and construction units for reference.
