推进漳州市低碳产业发展的思考

低碳经济作为一种新的经济发展模式，已经成为当今世界经济发展的必然趋势，低碳产业也将成为未来经济发展的新的增长点。漳州市从战略定位、资源、区位优势和产业发展各方面都具备了发展低碳产业的基础，但还存在着产业规模小、能源结构不合理、缺乏核心技术等问题。本文通过对漳州市发展低碳产业的必要性、优势及存在的问题进行科学性的分析，提出发挥政府推动作用、培育龙头企业、壮大产业规模、加强企业自主创新能力、调整能源结构等促进漳州市低碳产业发展的措施以供参考。

Reflection on Zhangzhou Development of Low Carbon Industry

Low Carbon＇ econolmy as a heft ecbnomic development mode has become the inevitable trend of economy development, with the Low carbon industry becoming the future new economic growth point.Zhangzhou has industrial foundation of strategic location, resources and location advantages and industrial development,but there are some problems in the development of zhangzhou economy such as the scale of industrial is too small, the energy structure is unreasonable and the Core technology is uncompetitive, the paper will discuss the measures to promote the low carbon industry of zhangzhou which is the reinforcement by the government,the development of enterprise,the growing industrial scale,the strengthening self-renovation capability and the adjustmentenergy restructuring and so on.
