| 摘 要： | 本文实证分析了包括FDI、进出口和公共R＆D等国内外不同技术溢出渠道对中国高技术产业的专利创新和新产品创新绩效的影响，结果表明产业自身的研发投入是产业创新的基础；高校和科研院所的公共研发是影响我国高技术产业创新的关键因素；通过出口学习参与国际市场竞争是提升产业学习能力和创新能力的必经之路；FDI流入和技术引进没有给产业带来模仿创新和技术泄露。

| Abstract: | This paper empirically studies the impacts of national and intemational technology spillover channels, like FDI, technology import, export and public,R＆D, on innovation performance of Chinese high-tech industry. The results show firm＇s domestic R＆D investment forms the base of its innovation; public R＆D of Universities and Research Institute is the key factor; participating international competition through learn-by-export is must-go of upgrading innovative capabilities. However inward FDI and technology import didn＇ t bring innovative imitation or leak technology to high-tech industry |
