| 摘 要： | 准油股份公司与中国石油大学进行了三年多的室内及现场研究,提出一套电化学絮凝—气浮系统技术,用于处理油田废水、含油污泥。通过该项技术实现针对不同的油田污泥采用相应的技术方案,经处理后可达到污油泥的无污染和资源化利用。油田废水处理除固体悬浮物含量外,其它的全部达到回注水的标准;含油污泥各项指标全部达到GB-4284-84农用污泥中污染物控制标准。

Harmless Disposal Technology Applied In the Disposing of Downhole Operation Waste Water and Oil Containing Sludge |

| Abstract: | After more than 3 years cooperation with CUP in the laboratory study and in situ tests,the ZhunDong oilfield Co.Ltd proposed an electrochemical flocculation-air floatation system techologue,which can be used for the disposing of oilfield waste water and oil containing sludge.By using this technology,corresponding technique scheme conducted for different oil containing sludge,the result showed that after treatment,the sludge is pollution-free and resource recovery can be achieved.Besides the content of solid suspension,the others in the disposed oilfield waste water completely meet the oil field rejection criterion,all indices of the oil containing sludge are up to the control standards of GB-4284-84 agriculture sludge pollutants. |
