| 摘 要： | 文中针对基于H．323建议的IP电话系统在呼叫建立时延迟长的缺点，在对标准的H．323呼叫处理过程分析的基础上，提出了一种快速的呼叫处理方法，可以有效的减少呼叫建立的延迟。

| Abstract: | The call handle process of H.323 based IP telephone system is complex and causes a lot of delay and overhead. By analyzing the standard call handle process, this paper describes a fast call handle method of IP telephone system which reduces the delay and overhead of the call handle process. |
