Discussion on the countermeasures of control and management of water supply network

Currently the understanding about the pipe network internal operation condition from its management department is cough and the analysis is not enough.This situation caused many problems,such as accumulated old cases,high incidences of malfunction,difficulty to improve water quality,and difficult management.It is suggested that a control agency for the water pipe network manage department should be built up.It should be responsible for controlling the main pipes so as to reach the goals of safety,energy-saving,and water quality improvement.This paper introduced the steps for the control and management and the management measures for different pipes with different characteristics in details.
