盾构穿越浅埋石拱桥施工技术

摘    要:盾构穿越既有建筑物或构筑物是地铁施工的主要难点,穿越浅埋石拱桥更为困难,以南昌地铁土建六标彭家桥-师大南路站区间穿越玉带河上的两孔浅埋石拱桥为背景,分析了工程难点以盾构施工及对既有桥的影响、介绍了施工过程中采取的相应对策与措施,以期为类似工程借鉴与参考。

Abstract:Shield tunneling machine passing through existing buildings or structures are the main difficulties in subway construction, and it is more difficult to pass through shallow stone arch bridge. This paper base on the background of NO. 6 section, Peng jia Bridge to Shida south Road, of Nanchang Metro construction, which passes through a two - hole shallow stone arch bridge of Yudai river. It will analyze the difficulties of the construction, the impact on the existing bridge of the shield construction and it will also introduce the appropriate countermeasures and measures which are used in construction process. Through these above analysis, it can provide certain reference for similar project.
