HPD-1型临氢降凝催化剂应用研究

摘    要:以改性ZSM-5分子筛为载体的HPD-1型降凝催化剂,对大分子直链烃选择性裂解,从而降低油品的凝点。阐述了通过选择合适的加氢精制催化剂和降凝催化剂HPD-1,采用加氢精制一临氢降凝组合工艺,在实验装置上生产出了合格的低凝点柴油,同时总结出了不同生产方案所需的操作条件。

Abstract:The HPD- 1 catalyst was made from ZSM - 5 molecular sieve catalyst through special treatment, tne paraffin in diesel oil was catalytic cracked by using the hydrodewaxing catalyst. This resulted in minimized content of the paraffin. The freezing temperature of the oil could consequently downward. A single stage hydrofining - hydrodewaxing in series process was has been applied. Excellent diesel fuel with low freezing temperature has been produced on the experimental plants. The conclusions of various operative conditions have been made.
