新一代在线监控临时接地线管理系统的开发与应用

根据目前变电站临时接地线管理系统存在的弊端,提出了一种仅由地线管理机和无线式闭锁器组成的临时接地线管理系统,可应用于常规变电站独立五防系统、智能变电站监控五防一体化系统。现场采用无线通信式闭锁器具,用于在线监控临时接地线、网门、开关柜门和手动刀闸等位置状态。文中比较了常用的接地线管理方法并总结了文中构建系统的优势。阐述了地线管理机的硬件结构,无线式闭锁器的硬件结构、软件流程设计、无线通信安全性分析和关键问题的解决方法。构建系统已实际应用于220kV智能变电站的临时接地线管理系统和一体化调度中,显著提高了变电站地线管理的自动化水平和调控一体化的操作安全性。

A New Generation On-line Monitoring Temporary Grounding Line Management System

In view of the problems exiting in grounding line management system, this paper proposes a new generation temporary grounding line management system which is composed only of the grounding line management machine and a wireless locking device. This new generation system is designed to monitor and control the location status of the temporary grounding line, high-voltage net door, GIS door and manual switch device in the normal or smart substation. The advantages of the new generation temporary grounding line management system are summarized and compared with those of other systems. Furthermore, comments are made on the hardware structure of the grounding line management machine and the wireless locking device, the flow design of the software, the security analysis of wireless communication, the solutions of critical questions of the wireless locking device design. This method has been successfully applied to the temporary grounding line management system in a 220 kV smart substation and the dispatch and control of power systems, which has markedly improved the operating security and station automation level.
