摘    要:利用正交实验法,以降低玻璃的介电常数和介质损耗为目标,对硼铝硅玻璃(SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-RO)组份进行了优化研究.极差分析表明:在选定的水平下,CaO对玻璃的介电常数影响最大,最终得到所选影响因素水平为SiO2 53.5%、Al2O314.5%、CaO 4%时玻璃的介电性能最好.通过对优化后的玻璃分析表明,该玻璃具有很好的热稳定性,不易分相和析晶,并指出要降低玻璃的介电常数可以在保持SiO2含量不变的情况下,适当减少碱土金属的含量.

Abstract:In boro-alumino-silicate glass(SiO2-Al2O3-B2 O3-RO) system,the effects of components on glass dielectric properties were investigated using orthogonal experiment.The results indicate that CaO has maximal effect on dielectric constant in chosed level.Optimum composition of the glass with best dielectric properties is SiO2 53.5%,Al2O3 14.5%,CaO 4%.The optimized glass is not easy to get devitrification.It is pointed out that decreasing the content of RO with fixed SiO2 content is a one way to minish dielectric constant.
