摘    要:提出了连续排料分选锥设计概念,从径向和轴向分析了两组分颗粒的受力情况,推断了在逆向流场与离心流场耦合作用下颗粒的分离机理及对重颗粒的连续排料特性.建立了仿真试验模型,以二氧化硅颗粒和铜粉为分选对象,逆向流压力10 000 Pa,径、轴向比为1:2.7的条件下,验证了当内锥转速为700 r/min时分选锥的富集回收效果良...

Study on separated and selected characteristics of continuous discharge high gravity concentrator

Abstract:The design concept of continuous discharge separation cone is proposed. The stress of two-component particles is analyzed from radial and axial directions. The separation mechanism of particles and the continuous discharge characteristics of heavy particles under the coupling action of reverse flow field and centrifugal flow field are deduced. In this paper, a simulation test model is established. Taking silica particles and copper powder as the separation object, under the conditions of reverse flow pressure of 10000pa and diameter axial ratio of 1:2.7, it is verified that the enrichment and recovery effect of the cone is good when the rotating speed of the inner cone is 700R / min. The research shows that the continuous discharge separation cone is of great significance to the research and development of continuous beneficiation equipment.
