云南某含钴铜矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:矿石工艺矿物学研究成果能为矿石加工方案选择提供理论支撑,为更科学合理的利用云南某含钴铜矿,对其有代表性矿样进行了工艺矿物学研究。查明矿石中铜含量为1.82%,主要以独立矿物的形式存在砷黝铜矿(占97.11%)、黄铜矿(占2.89%)中;钴含量为0.033%,主要以独立矿物的形式赋存于辉砷钴矿中(占51.52%),以类质同象的形式赋存于辉砷镍矿中(占3.03%)、以机械混入的形式赋存于砷黝铜矿(占45.45%)中。在-0.074mm占70%的磨矿细度条件下,砷黝铜矿的解离情况较好,辉砷钴矿的解离情况差。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,矿石开发利用中铜、钴可优先采用浮选法富集;钴的高效回收及铜钴分离可能是此矿利用的难点。

Process mineralogy of a cobalt bearing copper ore in Yunnan

Abstract:The research results of Process mineralogy of ore can provide theoretical support for the selection of ore processing scheme, and carry out process mineralogy research on representative ore samples for more scientific and reasonable utilization of a cobalt bearing copper mine in Yunnan. It is found that the copper content in the ore is 1.82%, mainly in the form of independent minerals, such as tetrahedrite (97.11%), chalcopyrite (2.89%); the cobalt content is 0.033%, mainly in the form of independent minerals, cobaltite (51.52%), nickel arsenopyroxene (3.03%), and tennantite in the form of mechanical mixing Copper (45.45%). The results of process mineralogy show that in ore development and utilization copper and cobalt can be enriched by flotation first, and the efficient recovery of cobalt and separation of copper and cobalt may be the difficulties in the utilization of the ore.
